There are two condos for sale at 1009 W Webster. Here’s a review of the unique building and the penthouse and condo I’ve previewed along with photos and details (neither are my listings).

THE LOCATION

1009 W Webster is situated in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood and located 2 blocks south of Fullerton and just west of Sheffield. THE BUILDING

1009 W Webster was built in 2010 and houses 1 luxury loft penthouse, 1 condo and 1 retail store space within it’s 4 stories. It’s new luxury construction with a rustic old world style and high end finishes. It has re-purposed timbers, wood floors, high polished concrete flooring and recycled Old Chicago Brick. Each condo has a private roof deck with cityscape & skyline.

The northern exposure delivers a unique view of the neighboring St.Vincent De Paul Parish founded in 1875.

The building is surrounded by quiet retail businesses. Cats and dogs are allowed.
The condo monthly assessments are $185 month and include: a garage parking space, water and scavenger, common insurance, and exterior maintenance.

THE CONDOS

Both the penthouse and condo unit has very high timber lined ceilings, beautiful 8 ft high custom made doors and custom lighting. They are considered Green based on all the materials used to make these luxury condos. All of the units including the store front have expansive windows that let in a lot of sunlight. There is a large roof top deck which allows each unit their private space. Cooking appliances are gas, brand new and high end. They have in-unit laundry.
