THE BUILDING
Built in 2005 the 48 story building has 197 condos with 5 to 7 units per floor. Some of the amenities are high speed Internet, 24 hr. door person, indoor pool, exercise room, massage rooms, a theater, maid service and a wine cellar. The building is very secure. Guests can only use the elevators with the assistance of the door person. Upon leaving a unit they can only return to the ground floor unless a resident assists with the elevator. Pet care services are also available.

THE CONDOS
The condos I’ve seen have Sub-Zero refrigerators; Thermadore ovens, cooktops, and dishwashers; and KitchenAid microwaves. All the units have fireplaces and at least one balcony. The most recent sale was 2406, a 2 bedroom that sold in January for $695,000.

With all these condos in the Pinnacle for sales, I would be interested in any of the sellers would consider a lease/purchase arrangement (I would be interested in the 3 bedroom condos).

While helping Ann I learned that there is currently a hold on any additional rentals of condos in The Pinnacle since they are at their limit. However, some condos are grandfathered and not held to the restriction.
