340 E Randolph was built in 2007 and named 340 On The Park. The high rise houses 340+ condos in its 64 stories. According to Wikipedia, it was the first residential high-rise in Chicago designed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards.
