THE BUILDING
400 East Ohio was built in 1982. It has 50 floors with 4 units per floor. Currently, there are no high rises immediately north or south of 400 E. Ohio which allows some nice views. However, a new apartment building is planned directly south of the building. The condo association has a site at 400Ohio.com.
THE CONDOS
A nice feature that all of the condos have are at least 1 set of 2 windows that angle outward creating wider views. Cooking appliances are electric. Most of the condos I’ve seen include a washer and dryer. There are 2 penthouses which are the only condos with private outdoor space. The most recent sale was 703, a 3 bedroom which sold in May for $450,000.
