Park Newberry is located at the corner of Delaware and Dearborn. It’s on the south side of Washington Square Park and 1 block south of The Newberry Library. The Magnificent Mile on Michigan Avenue is 4 blocks east. The building currently has a Walk Score of 97 and a Transit Score of 93. The Red Line Stop at Chicago and State is 3 blocks away. THE BUILDING
55 W Delaware was built in 1998. The high-rise houses 183 condos in its 12 stories. The building has a sundeck, exercise room, and party room. Dogs under 25 lbs. are ok. From what listing agents have told me the association has around $800K in reserves.

THE CONDOS
Park Newberry has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, Most of the condos have balconies. Cooking appliances are gas. The most recent sale at 55 W Delaware was unit 913, a 3 bedroom which sold in March for $627,000.
