I just had to stop and take pictures while driving to meet a client in the Barrington Area a couple of days ago. The humble abode shown is certainly not your typical Barrington property. However, I was especially struck by the for sale by owner sign in front of it. 6 bedrooms & 4+ baths???
Then I realized the sign was for the home set far back on the property. From a listing agent’s perspective, I would have no idea how to adjust the price for this additional feature!
