The building has 39 floors housing 220+ condos. It’s the tallest building in Chicago west of I-90/94.

While riding the elevator once I chatted with one of the residents. The first thing she talked about was how convenient the location was for her.

There’s a Mariano’s grocery a block away. In 2015 the building will have a Whole Foods. There’s a Walgreen’s Pharmacy less than 3 blocks away.

The building currently has a Walk Score of 89 and a Transit Score of 90. The Green Line is a 1/3 of a mile away at Clinton and Lake. Ogilvie Transporation Center and Union Station are 3/10ths of a mile away. There are numerous bus stops in Halsted. Both Zipcar and I-GO car sharing are on-site.

The location has a Bike Score of 82. Divvy bike sharing stations are less than 2 blocks away.

According to WalkScore.com, the location has a Crime Grade of A. That means it’s a lowest crime area compared to all of Chicago.
