737 West Washington – Skybridge condos for sale

A few condos are for sale at The Skybridge – 737 West Washington in Chicago’s West Loop. Here’s a review of the building and condos I’ve been in (none are my listings) along with photos and details of the other condos for sale.

THE LOCATION

737 W Washington is located at the southeast corner of Washington and Halsted, just west of I-90/94. The building currently has a Walk Score of 92 and a Transit Score of 84. The Green Line is a 1/3 of a mile away at Clinton and Lake. While riding the elevator I chatted with one of the residents. THE BUILDING

737 W Washington built in 2003 houses 220+ condos. It has a 24 hour door person, exercise room, roof deck and even a dog run. The elevators are spacious. Parking in the building is deeded. Pets are ok. Grocery shopping couldn’t be closer with a Dominick’s in the building. For more information on the association visit Skybridge Condominium Association.

THE CONDOS

All condos have at least one balcony and in-unit laundry. Cooking appliances are electric. Main living areas have floor to ceiling windows. The most recent sale at Skybridge was unit 2402, a 1 bedroom that sold in April for $279,900.
