even on sunday, which wasn&#039;t a particularly hot day in uptown, there&#039;s no way anyone could have walked into my apartment and said &quot;yes, i like this stuffy, hot, little brick oven of a home.&quot; fortunately, i&#039;m not trying to sell the place. 

how do sellers and sellers&#039; agents not understand that turning off the air will turn off their prospective buyers?</description>
