This week I started searching for condos for a couple relocating from Detroit. They want a condo with some significant outdoor space. While I searched from the Near North Side up through Edgewater, West Town and Logan Square, most of what I found that met their criteria was in Bucktown and Wicker Park.
June 2010 average and median prices for Bucktown/Wicker Park condos are up from June 2009. The median sale price was $378,000, up 11% from last June. The average sale price of a Bucktown/Wicker Park condo in June was $385,000, up 8% from last June.
