Chicago Co-op Apartments

Here are blog posts about co-op apartments in Chicago. This form of home ownership is fairly rare in Chicago. Many of Chicago’s co-op apartments are located in the Gold Coast and Streeterville neighborhoods. Pay attention to monthly assessments. They tend to be higher for co-op apartments than for comparable condos. However, part of the difference is due to the inclusion of property taxes in co-op apartment monthly assessments.
