The median sale price for condos, townhouses and co-ops in Lakeview in the 2nd quarter was up 3% from 2nd quarter 2010 to $340,000. However, a closer look at the numbers reveals that the increase had a lot to do with a change in the mix of homes sold, not increased demand. Click to continue...
