The inventory of listed Chicago condos for sale continues to drop.* There were 14,676 condos for sale in the second quarter down 26.3% from second quarter 2011 when there were 19,901 condos for sale.
The median sale price stayed the same at $242,000. The number of closed sales was up 26.3%. Pending sales were up 41%. The average days on market for pending sales was down 15%.
