Chicago's Gold Coast Neighborhood along Lake Michigan
A year ago I was searching homes for sale in the Gold Coast for a gentleman looking to relocate to Chicago. He put his search on hold in the spring, but recently contacted me to start sending him Gold Coast homes for sale priced up to $5M. In reviewing Gold Coast listings I found 3 priced around $1M lower than a year ago.
- 1538 N Dearborn lowered their price from $5.98M to $4.99M.
- 1258 N Lake Shore Drive lowered their price from $5.8M to $3.95M.
- 199 E Lake Shore Drive 6-W lowered their price from $5.6M to $4.6M.
