Chicago Home Prices Fall Far Less Than National Index

ChicagoRealEstateDaily.comThis week ChicagoRealEstateDaily.com reported that Chicago home prices fell less than the Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller U.S. National Home Price Index. The 10-city index for September 2008 plunged 18.6% from September 2007. Chicago area prices were down 10.1% for the same period.
