The inventory of listed condos for sale in Chicago’s Loop continues to drop.* There were 434 Loop condos for sale in May down 60.0% from May 2010 when there were 1,084 condos for sale.
The median sale price was 12.9% higher in May than a year earlier. The number of closed sales was also up 7.2%. The average days on market for pending sales in May was down 42.8%.
