Whether you are just starting to think about buying a home or trying to meet the April 30th deadline to qualify for a tax credit, take advantage of all the open houses that will hosted this weekend. Over 4,700 Chicago Metro Area open houses are scheduled for this weekend. There probably won’t be so many open houses in one weekend for the rest of this year!
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) is promoting this weekend, April 10th & 11th, as REALTOR® Nationwide Open House Weekend.
