The number of listed downtown Chicago condos for sale on the last day of January reached a new two-year low at 2,876, down 25% from January 2010 and down 30.6% from January 2009. All sizes of downtown condos (studios to 4+ bedrooms) also hit two-year inventory lows on the last day of January.
