First, there’s no standard definition of what “in-law arrangement” means. A condo for sale that includes in-law arrangement as an interior feature may be a home with what some would consider in-law arrangement potential.
Second, sellers’ agent don’t always include in listings that a condo has an in-law arrangement (or even in-law arrangement potential). I’ve seen downtown condos with second kitchens and second entrances, but there was nothing in their listings mentioning it.
