Today I met with a woman considering selling her 2 bedroom condo in Edgewater. Fortunately for her there aren’t as many 2 bedroom condos for sale in Edgewater as this time last year and the year before. As shown below the number of 2 bedroom Edgewater condos for sale has averaged 388 over the past 2 years. In May there were only 301 for sale slightly above the 2 year low of 286 set in January.
The drop in the number of Edgewater 2 bedroom condos for sale can be largely attributed to the drop in new construction 2 bedroom condos available for sale which are now down to single digits.

Are the number of 3 bedroom condos for sale in Edgewater also down?

Good question! While the inventory of new contruction 3 bedroom Edgewater condos for sale has also dropped significantly to single digits, the total number of 3 bedroom condos for sale is still well above average.
