Going Where No For Sale Sign Has Gone Before

If you are not viewing this graphic/post on ChicagoMetroAreaRealEstate.com, it is being used without permission.First, I gave my sellers dedicated web address riders on their for sale signs (e.g. 2124Emma.com). Then I added text messaging riders (e.g. Text 204490 to 268623) so driveby buyers with cell phones can get instant price and other basic information. Now, I’m giving driveby traffic for one of my listings a glimpse inside as shown left.

While the exterior of my listing looks like a nice new home, so does the exterior of every other house in the subdivision. What makes the house special that buyers can’t see from the street is the kitchen. It has several high end features as shown.

So I thought, “Why not let driveby traffic see one of the best features of the home?” Whether it will make a difference, I have no idea, but I’m willing to try something new.

That is VERY cool. I expect to see future “For Sale” signs like that. You started something.
