It&#039;s part of the whole, hackneyed but true real estate maxim, &quot;Location, location, location.&quot;  So even though I don&#039;t have kids &amp; never planned to have them, knowing that when I bought into Barrington I was buying in a community with good schools was important to me for resale over the long haul.</description>
