The open houses aren’t just Baird & Warner open houses, but open houses for homes listed by all Chicago area brokers. The open houses are automatically selected based on the search criteria saved on HomeFinder.

A call from one of my buyers this week revealed that the updates appear more like an email written by me than an automated update. The accompanying note with the open houses convinced the buyer that I had hand picked the open houses for him to attend when, in fact, the picks were based on his saved searches. He attended the open houses thinking that I had a reason for sending him to them. Fortunately, he saw a place he really liked! :)

To start getting notices for Chicago area open houses for homes that meet your criteria, register on BairdWarner.com’s HomeFinder System, setup a search for the kind of home you are interested in and save it.
