Later today I’m showing 2 bedroom townhouses and duplex condos in Lincoln Park. The average price of a 2 bedroom condo or townhouse in Lincoln Park was down in the 2nd quarter when compared to the same time period last year, but not down as much as from 2nd quarter 2008 to 2009.

The average sale price of a Lincoln Park 2 bedroom condo or townhouse for 2nd quarter 2010 was $396,000, down 4% from 2nd quarter 2009. The median sale price was $380,000, down 3%. The percent declines were far less than those from 2nd quarter 2008 to 2009 when the average sale price dropped 7% and the median sale price dropped 8%.
