in Baird and Warner,Chicago MLS Listings Search

BairdWarner.com’s Custom Map Search is a great way to search for homes for sale when you already have a specific location in mind. However, it’s not too forgiving, if you don’t follow the instructions exactly as noted. First, enter the your search criteria. Second, zoom in to the area you wish to search. Third, select the shape to use to mark the area to search. At this point, follow the instructions in the gray bar at the top of the map to specify your area to search for homes for sale. These are easy to miss since the rest of the instructions are outside of the map. Fourth, click the Search Now button to finish your search.

Below is the result of a search I ran on Naperville houses priced between $400K and $450K with at least 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within a radius of downtown Naperville.

Have fun!

I’m surprised you didn’t mention that this can also be used to search for open houses and recent sales.

Hi Jeri,

Good catch! I was focused on stepping users through the process. You are correct that the map search can also be used to search for open houses and recent sales.
