THE LOCATION
Metropolitan Tower is located on the southwest corner of Michigan Avenue and Jackson. It’s across the street from Grant/Millennium Parks and one block south of the Art Institute. THE BUILDING
310 S Michigan was built in 1924 and converted to condos in 2007. Metropolitan Tower houses approximately 244 condos within its 30 stories. The building includes: 24 hour door staff, a fitness center, event room and a sundeck. Pets are ok. THE CONDOS
There are studios, 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. There are also full floors of raw space still available. Only one of the units has a terrace. Ceilings are a minimum of 9 ft. 5 inches high. Cooking appliances are gas. The penthouse units on floors 22 through 29 have their own elevator. The most recent sale at 310 S Michigan was unit 2006, a 1 bedroom which sold in April for $256,300.
