This morning I discovered that this blog was picked as one of “The Best Chicago Real Estate Blogs” by Relocation.com. I am very flattered for a couple of reasons!
First, I work with a lot of relocation buyers, so the honor means a lot to me coming from a site dedicated to helping people relocate. Buying a home is challenging enough. Relocating to a new area brings its own set of challenges. I try to take as much stress out of relocating as I can.
Second, it’s clear that Relocation.com Editor, Tim Johnson, gave his picks a lot of thought. Tim read enough of my blog posts to notice one of my weaker posts, “5 Good Reasons to Buy a Home Now“, (fair enough! 
) and one of my more helpful posts for people relocating, “Chicago & Suburbs Online Rental Search Sites“.

Congratulations and well done. This blog is interesting and from soemone who spent some very happy times in the Chicago Metropolitan area some years ago has been very interesting to read. Nice to hear from someone who is keeping going and managing to keep their head above water in what are undoubtedly hard times for us all.
Buying the house is not easy and the blogs can really help the people in the process of buying house. congratulation for wining the award and i hope you shall carry your effort in writing blogs.
