I focus a lot on market data in this blog, so today I thought I would blog about the more personal side of my business. Shown left are John and Lisa, clients of mine who closed on their new home in Lakeview this week.
I started working with them back in December. Lisa found me online. At the Starbucks at Lincoln & Paulina we talked about what kind of home they were looking for and how the home buying process works here in Illinois. They were experienced home buyers, but not in Illinois.
They had already visited several open houses and knew they wanted a townhouse or duplex condo in Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, Lakeview or North Center not far from the Brown Line.
They ended-up choosing a spacious townhouse in Lakeview with great views from their rooftop deck. I helped them negotiate the sale price down to 92% of list price.
