I received an email from a gentleman yesterday asking about pricing for downtown 1 bedroom condos with lake views. Here’s some of what I shared with him.
Downtown 1 bedroom condos priced less than $350,000 typically have partial lake views unless you go further north into the Gold Coast on Lake Shore Drive. View from a 1 Bedroom Condo at 505 N Lake Shore Drive
For a 1 bedroom priced between $350,000 and $400,000 with uninterrupted lake views I would consider 505 N Lake Shore Drive. The views are spectacular!
For less than $350,000 you can get a 1 bedroom condo with excellent partial lake views at 111 E Chestnut.
Luxury 1 bedrooms with lake views start around $550,000. At Trump Tower prices start at $600,000.
