Randolph Place apartments have a condominium form of ownership. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom loft style condos. One bedroom condos have 831 to 1,435 square feet of space. Two bedroom condos have 1,083 to 2,050 square feet. Three bedroom condos have 1,900 to 2,771 square feet.

Condos on the east and north sides of the building have views of the Chicago River. Those on the west side of the building overlook Ogilvie Transportation Center.

Randolph Place was built in 1922 as a warehouse. It was designed by Daniel Burnham. Burnham was an architect and urban planner who was influential in the development of Chicago.

It was converted from an office building to condos in 1999. Every condo was purchased within 18 months of going on market.
