Today Realtor.com, the highest traffic real estate web site, released their new beta verson. New features include improved map-based search and access to information about off-market homes.
While better search choices and access to more information are nice, Realtor.com still displays listings under contract as active listings. I’ve often had to inform my buyer clients that a home they saw on Realtor.com is no longer available. In contrast my broker’s site (yes, this is a shameless plug! 
), BairdWarner.com, clearly identifies listings that are under contract.

and apparently both the old version and the new beta version don’t work in Chrome–whereas the Baird & Warner site always has!
