The building has leased parking. Pets are ok up to 25 lbs. Utilities included in the monthly assessments include: air conditioning, cable TV, heat, and water. Rentals are allowed.
THE CONDOS
The building has 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. Cooking appliances are electric. Many units have in-unit laundry, but it can no longer be added to units. None of the units have balconies. Units on the east side of the building have nice partial lake views since they are only a block from the lake and there isn’t a high rise directly to the east blocking the view. The most recent sale was 14A, a 2 bedroom which sold in May for $400,000.
