Some friends of mine in Rogers Park are thinking about selling their 3 bedroom condo and buying a another condo with a view of Lake Michigan. I looked at Rogers Park condo market times today for them.
For all condos that sold in the last 6 months, the average market time was 197 days (6.5 months). However, since larger condos typically take longer to sell I looked at the market time for 3 bedroom condos which as 221 days (7.4 months).
One bedrooms had an average market time of 141 days (4.7 months), 2 bedrooms had an average market time of 199 days (6.6 months).
