Today my showings included a 3 bedroom penthouse condo in Roscoe Village. As shown below monthly average sale prices for Roscoe Village condos vary from month to month, but have been pretty much in the same range for the past 2 years. Ignore both the highest and lowest values on the chart since they were based on only one sale those months.
The average sale price in July was $343,000. The median was $390,000. There were 7 condos sold, three 2 bedroom condos and four 3 bedroom condos.

On average less than 3 houses sold per month in the last year in Roscoe Village. If you look at the average for all 34 houses in Roscoe Village that sold in the past year, the average sale price was $815,000. The median was $760,000.
