Yesterday I was with buyers taking a second look at a home we viewed during the weekend. When you have a serious interest in a home, doing a second showing is a good idea. You’ll notice things you didn’t notice the first visit. I noticed there wasn’t a garbage disposal which I would have expected since it had an updated kitchen. The buyers also used the opportunity to take measurements. You want to make sure your furniture will fit!

This is unrelated to your post, but what advice do you have for homeowners (us) next to a newly sold lot and the new owner wants to subdivide the lot, leave his new home, and build a dream home on the second section of lot — in our backyard?
I suggest contacting your town’s planning & zoning department to learn what your new neighbor can and can’t do. I also suggest becoming friends with your new neighbor. The more he likes you, the more likely he is to listen to any concerns you may have. Let me know how it goes! Good luck!
