Sorry I haven’t blogged for a few days. I’ve been busying showing 2 bedroom condos in several areas of Chicago.
The photo above is a view from a new condo one of my buyers signed a contract for yesterday in the Prairie District Neighborhood of the South Loop. The Prairie District extends from E. 16th down to Cermak Rd and from S. Indiana east to Lake Shore Drive. The neighborhood has a Metra Station at 18th Street which gets you to or from Millennium Park in around 10 minutes.
The Prairie District Neighborhood also has a good bistro. We took a break for lunch at Cafe Society, a bistro located at 1801 S. Indiana. The food was excellent even if my guacamole chicken wrap was a bit messy to eat! The chef came out from the kitchen whenever he could to talk with patrons which was a nice touch.
