Yesterday I showed 5 condos in the Near North Side and West Loop to buyers from NYC who are accustomed to having a porter in their building. While all of the 5 buildings we visited have a door person, only Ten East Delaware (shown left) will also provide a porter when units start closing this month.
Additional services including housekeeping, room service and catering will be provided by the neighboring Talbott Hotel.
Prices start around $500K for a 1 bedroom and range up to $2.7M for the largest remaining unit with 3,600 SF.
