Here’s our 3rd and final list of “most expensive” Chicago condo buildings in 2011 with the list for Lincoln Park. The previous 2 lists were for downtown Chicago and Lakeview.
Only condo buildings that had at least 2 sales recorded in Chicago’s multiple listing service (MRED) that closed in 2011 were included in the rankings. Only listed sales were used in determining median sale price for a building.
Most of the top 10 Lincoln Park condos were located north of Armitage between Racine and Halsted. Three were within a couple of blocks from Lincoln Park (the park). The most expensive building in Lincoln Park in 2011 was 2750 N Lakewood, the only 1 of the 10 west of Racine.
