As of this morning there are only 4 condos for sale at The Pinnacle – 21 E Huron in River North. That’s quite a change from a year ago when there were 20 condos for sale!

Recently I’ve been writing about how the inventory of condos for sale in the 60611 zip code has been setting 2 year lows. See 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos for sale at 2 year low in Streeterville and parts of Gold Coast & River North (60611) and 4+ bedroom condos for sale at 2 year low in Streeterville & parts of Gold Coast & River North. 21 E Huron is one of the more extreme examples I’ve seen of declining inventory.
Of the 20 condos that were for sale at 21 E Huron on March 2, 2011:
- 8 sold
- 3 are pending sales
- 8 were taken off market (at least 3 of these were rented out)
- 1 is still for sale
