This past weekend some out-of-town buyers and I started our day of looking at condos and townhouses with a townhouse for sale in the West Loop. Current average list prices are shown below.
Average List Price of West Loop Condos & Townhouses For Sale by Number of Bedrooms
West Loop studios have an average list price of $185,000.
West Loop 1 and 2 bedroom condos and townhouses have an average list price of $315,000.
West Loop 3 bedroom condos and townhouses have an average list price of $610,000.
West Loop 4 bedroom condos and townhouses have an average list price of $1,031,000.
West Loop 5 bedroom condos and townhouses have an average list price of $1,327,000. (Only 1 currently for sale)

It would be helpful to see 1 and 2 bedroom prices broken out. Do you have those?

West Loop 1 bedroom condos currently have an average list price of $252,000. Two bedrooms average $364,000. Unfortunately, the system that lets me chart market data at the neighborhood level combines 1 and 2 bedroom data for reporting.

What is the average price for a sigle bedroom condo going for in the westloop? What is the average amount of time the condo’s have been on the market? Thank you!

The average sale price for the past 12 months for a 1 bedroom condo in the West Loop was $223,000. About half of the 137 West Loop 1 bedroom condos on the market today are priced between $200,000 and $250,000.
The average market time for the past 12 months was 142 days.
