THE BUILDING
The Legacy at Millennium Park was built in 2010. It was developed by the same team that developed The Heritage at Millennium Park. It’s the tallest residential building in Chicago’s Loop and the 12th tallest in the United States.
355 condos occupy the floors 16 through 72. The building includes: 24 hour door staff, concierge, valet dry cleaning, bike room, storage lockers, a fitness center, indoor lap pool, whirlpool, steam room and party room. There are sundecks on the 15th, 42nd and 60th floors. There’s also a skybridge to The University Club and a reduced membership fee for The Legacy at Millennium Park owners.
The 428 parking spaces in the tower are owned and deeded. So each parking space has it’s own monthly assessment and annual property taxes. Some parking spaces may be available for rent.
Pets are ok and there is currently no weight limit. Utilities covered in the monthly assessments include: air conditioning, gas and water.
