25 E Superior was built in 2002 and houses 224 condos within its 50 stories. The building offers numerous amenities including: wine cellars, private theater, humidor, room service, maid service, secretarial service, limo service, and auto service. There’s an exercise room, steam room, indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, spa, party room, sundeck. Pets are ok, but there is a 2 pet limit. There’s a dog run and pet service.        Â

All of the 25 E Superior condos have at least 1 balcony. Cooking appliances are gas. Windows are large, but not floor to ceiling. The most recent sale at 25 E Superior was 3002, a 3 bedroom which sold in June for $1,433,000.
