LAKEVIEW REAL ESTATE
Lakeview homes include houses, condos, brownstones, graystones, townhouses and co-op apartments. There are vintage (pre-war), mid-century, post-modern and new buildings. Several blocks consist of 2 flats, 3 flats and other small condo buildings. Many of the newer small condo buildings have one or two duplex (2-level) units for those who need more space.
You’ll definitely get more for your money than in the much pricier downtown area. Much of Lake View also provides greener views with more lawns and trees.
