THE CONDOS
There are only 2 condos per elevator which allow for privacy. Kitchens have their own garbage chutes. Cooking appliances are electric. A few condos have in-unit laundry that were grandfathered in, but it can no longer be installed. Condos do not have balconies but do have nice lake views.
