340 E Randolph was built in 2007 and named 340 On The Park. The high rise houses 340+ condos in its 64 stories. According to Wikipedia, it was the first residential high-rise in Chicago designed to meet the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards. It’s also currently the second tallest all residential building in Chicago.
