CONDOS SIMILAR TO THE BUCKINGHAM
All of the units have laundry hookups and nearly floor to ceiling windows. Most apartments have lake views. None have balconies. Cooking appliances are electric.
THE BUILDING
The Buckingham was built in 1982 as an apartment building. It was previously called Buckingham Plaza. It was converted to a condominium in 1994. The high-rise houses 305 residences in its 44 stories. The building has an exercise room, sauna, indoor pool, laundry room and open roof deck on the top floor. There are also storage lockers, a bike room and heated garage. Door staff are 24 hours and there is a dry cleaners. Pets are ok, but there is a weight limit of 25 lbs.
