Yesterday I showed 3 bedroom condos in the Andersonville neighborhood in Edgewater. The highest price any 3 bedroom condo in Andersonville has sold for in the past 6 months is $490,000. It was a 3 bedroom 3 bath duplex unit with a 2 car garage. The highest sale price for a 3 bedroom 2 bath simplex (single level) condo was $475,000. The lowest sale price in the past 6 months for a 3 bedroom condo in Andersonville was $307,500.
One of the condos my buyers and I visited yesterday was at 5647-53 N. Clark, a new development comprised of twelve 3 bedroom condos. Parking for some of the units is on the second floor which requires the use of a car elevator (shown left).
