The number of 3 bedroom condos, townhouses and co-ops listed for sale in downtown Chicago reached a 2 year low in April. There were 652 such homes for sale down 32.9% from a peak of 971 in May 2009.
As shown above, the number of downtown Chicago 3 bedroom condos, townhouses and co-ops for sale has been dropping steadily since June 2010. Falling inventory is good for sellers since they are competing with fewer other homes for sale.
