
Crain’s Chicago Real Estate Daily reported last week that Baird and Warner was #2 in Chicago for market share in 2010 based on residential real estate sales volume and number of transactions. Baird and Warner was outsold only by Coldwell Banker.
Baird and Warner sold $3.1 billion in volume in 2010, the same amount as in 2009. B&W had 13,346 transactions, up 4.6% from 2009.
