Today’s Chicago Tribune Community Profile features North Center. I wrote about the market for high end 3 & 4 bedroom North Center condos back in January. I had some buyers who would have loved to buy a townhouse in North Center, but couldn’t find what they were looking for and ended-up buying a townhouse in neighboring Lakeview. 3 & 4 bedroom condos and townhouses in North Center have lower sale prices than in Lakeview, but there are far less of them to choose from.
